Eli Zilberstein, Designated Broker

  Eli is living out his life-long love of residential real estate. Ever since he was eight years old, Eli has been interested in real estate.  He was born a salesman and began his career early by helping his father do open houses at that age.

He became a Real Estate Sales Agent in 2015 and quickly studied to become Total Capital Inc’s Designated Broker. 

He has comprehensive knowledge of the art of buying and selling, negotiating for the best deal, and sensitivity to customer satisfaction. He has been serving the San Fernando Valley area real estate since 2015.

Along with a love of real estate history, architecture and negotiation, Eli's lifetime experience, deep family ties to the business, optimistic energy and positive outlook give him an exciting, competitive edge. 

Jazmin Tapia, Administrative Assistant 

Jazmin Tapia began working for Total Capital, Inc. in October 2021; she spent five years working at a doctor's office before joining the real estate company. At our real estate firm, Jazmin is the initial point of contact. She joined the firm mostly in hopes of advancing her career with the organization because she likes working and engaging with people. In her free time, she likes to go out and explore new places with her friends and family.
